Description of the lot
The cottage stay on a squere lot 285 m2 large, on the south bordering with the road, on north with the brook Trnkava.
The lot is flat, partly paled.Along the fence is the bed of a flowers and some species of the arborvitae; there are some others places with flowers and shrubs in the garden. There is a line of the small spruces on the side of the brook; solo are willows, apple tree, three shrubs of a currant and forsythia.
In the front part of the cottage is width... made from the plates of sand stone. The stone pavement is enlarged in the garden for being used as a sit-down place with garden furniture. The windows from the kitchen lead to this place, so the host can serve on the window.
The brook Trnavka owerflow the banks in 2001 thanks to extremely high local
rainfall. Water flow through the outhouse without doing damages on it, and flood
the workshop with the pantry to the 2 cm over the floor. Water took some stones
from the bank too. After this event start repair and isolation of the house
basement, cleaning of the brook, overbuilding about 7 m of the bank and its
stabilization on whole length of the lot.
Close and distend neighborhood
The cottage is about 520 meters over the see level, 5 km westward from the Police nad Metuji, about 20 km northwards from the Nachod and about 25 southward from the Broumov.The lot has border with the road from the south (front) side, over the road is a variety store. There is a recreation lot of the neighbor on the east. Bank of the river Trnavka is on the north side of the lot. Over the brook is a road what is lead to the border crossing with the Poland for pedestrian and cyclists.
Ten meters from the house is a turist junction of field roads, what lead to the near forests. The near hills and meadows are paradise for tourists and mushrooms gatherers in the season.
There are lot of tourists marked paths, paths for mountain cycle; the village lay on the line of the popular cycles marathon Sudety. There is a lot of snow in the winter here; 1,5 km from the cottage is ski tow with about 800 m downhill skiing and a springboards. There are many paths for cross-country ski on the neighbor.

Border crossing
to the Poland is about 2 km, crossing for car in the Nachod-Beloves is about 20km from the cottage.
